Jesus is our sacrifice.What kinds of sacrifice are we called to make?

Following Jesus involves personal sacrifice.
What does this mean to you?

To surrender everything to Him. To not put anything or anyone above God, including ourself. To put our total trust in Him and the power of His resurrection. To put up with our neighbors pesty mice friends and not complain about it.
At the moment it means giving up my salaried job, selling our home and moving 200 miles away so we can attend theological college to enter some kind of Christian ministry...
To me it means that when you choose to follow Jesus, your life and lifestyle changes. Your friends and family who are not following Jesus look at this a lot of times as self righteous, uppity, or goody too shoes behavior and without truly understanding you back away from you. In the process you might have to sacrifice you friends and even sometimes your mother or father to follow Jesus.

Eb, You are doing what Jesus tells us to do and it must have taken some deep soul serching to come to the place you have. OBEDIENCE I believe God is well pleased with you.
